Our stance on safety is simple – it’s the single most important aspect of what we do. It’s more important than the client. It’s more important than the equipment. It’s more important than any profit margin. We believe our company to be a family. Protecting each and every member to the fullest is the only way we’ll have it.

Employee involvement is critical to a successful and safe work environment. That’s why SVE has worked hard to create a safety culture that protects, educates and empowers every member of our team. We maintain a comprehensive Safety Culture that is reviewed and modified on a regular basis by our Management Team. We follow a Site-Specific Safety & Health Plan of clients in each project – then communicated to each employee. Everyone on a SVE project also has the authority to stop work in the event an unsafe behaviour or condition is identified.

In order to ensure the protection and livelihood of all who work with us, we ensure that all of our employees undergo safety and health training.
